Team Lucky Bucket:

   The bucket is what we run when we are running a team event.

We started using the "Lucky Bucket" name quite a few years ago for a 12 hour team mountain bike race. We were filling out the form and Farm said we had to run with Lucky Bucket.

 If you know where the term comes from I will be impressed.  Actually it was "12 piece lucky bucket"

  We ran the name and it stuck.  It has been used as mountian bike team races, I used the bucket as my AMA pro supermoto team name,  I won mini O's overal title in 2003 on a fully done up "Bucket" in the 30 plus class.

   Then August this year we brought the bucket back out as our team name for the Best in the Desert "Vegas to Reno" race.  We ended up seizing a motor 350 miles into the 570 mile race.

   So you never know where the Bucket team will show up.

The Bucket team made a run down to the Columbus Endurocross.

Dan rode the Vet class bringing home 2nd in the main event.

What a great event. If you have a chance to go see one do it. It is a great event to watch. Even better if you try to ride one. They are tough. And very tiring.  The rocks are brutal, the logs are big and the pond makes everything slippery.

So now it is off to Vegas for the Final in late November. Should be fun.
